About Alpenglow Workshop

Alpenglow Workshop is an independent digital art studio based in Colorado. The practice creates contemporary abstract compositions that blend landscape inspiration with atmospheric abstraction and restrained color. The work emphasizes calm composition, balance, and tonal depth over literal representation — pieces designed to invite contemplation rather than demand attention.

Artistic Journey

This practice operates as a solo endeavor rooted in Colorado's landscape traditions. Beginning with traditional oils and landscapes during teenage years, I expanded into water-mixable oils, acrylics, alcohol inks, mixed media techniques, and digital processes. Over time, the work has evolved toward abstract compositions that capture nature's fleeting moments of misty horizons, shimmering reflections, and shifting light.
